I have been in communication with the seller and he has offered to pay a partial refund for the amount missing, and has also already gone through his supply to find any like bottles that were only half filled by the manufacturer, and has weeded them out in order to make sure that this kind of accident doesn’t happen again. "F" in communication. Extremely poor customer service—never sent the item. Avoid this store; it's bad for the community and unreliable. I wish I could give them a -5 rating. They shouldn't be selling on eBay. Super disappointed; they caused trouble with my customer. I still didn't get my refund for unshipped item.

I canceled the order because the product was damaged. I immediately requested a refund to you. eBay won't let you do this! I write to their support asking them to return the money, but this does not happen! I don't understand why eBay won't let me return your money! Please cancel the review as it is not my fault and I will get Ebay to let me get my money back.
