Fits like a dream
4 of 4 found this helpful I installed this on my nbs 04 f150 4x4 everything fit very well and it was pretty easy to install however I replaced my engine at the same time and was able to install with the passenger header already installed on the engine once in the drivers side was easy to put in place I'm sure the passenger side would be difficult to install without the engine removed but I think it would be doable with the engine lifted and engine mount removed I used 90° C.E.L. eliminator and with that I only had to extend the drivers upstream o2 sensor I'm very happy all around I was very skeptical because I could not find a review for these on a 4x4 truck well you can rest assured it fits nicely now that I took the risk

Exactly what I was looking for and more
Exactly what I was looking for and more to integrate multiple lights on my plow truck to be used for warning signals and allows me to keep the install nice and clean with one on/off switch and one momentary switch mounted on the console also it has a great variety of attention grabbing flash patterns
