Great headset, and great customer service; very surprised
Having tried some basic Shokz headphones in a BestBuy, I was skeptical these would be any better. However, these being brand new probably helped a lot with fit and fidelity. I'm quite pleased with the audio reproduction of these kinds of headphones. True, the bass quality is quite lacking, but that is expected.
I use these headphones for conference calls, and pleasant background music as I go about my day. These were so effortless to wear that I started wearing them all day while going to stores, taking public transportation, and walking around. I absolutely love the open ear design that gives the feeling of having a soundtrack backing your entire life. The battery life is surprisingly good.
Unfortunately, the microphone was faulty on this particular unit, but I knew this was a lemon issue because a colleague with the same set had no troubles. Shokz was true to their 2-year warranty and quickly got a replacement in the mail with minimal hassle.
