  The buyer new to eBay did not alert me to the fact that I sent the incorrect item, just left negative feedback instead of messaging me directly. When I saw the feedback, I contacted the buyer immediately and remedied the issue by refunding their $$. They asked me to repost the original item so that they could purchase it, they felt confident enough in me as a seller thus purchasing the original item. I would have liked to have had the chance to remedy the issue before neg feedback was posted.
