  I ordered cake topper for 17th but not arrived ,when I ordered it's shoe the date that's why I ordered ,but still I not received and when I ask for refund they are refund my money ,they saying once you return item then will give,but how can I send if I not received up-to now.i hope eBay can help me out.i feel it's unprofessional and not customer friendly.
