  Buyer made a false claim that the camera arrived without a cord when it indeed was shipped with a cord. It was listed and sold as an open box for parts in condition that needs repair. The buyer filed a false claim and got a full refund without having to return the camera. They schemed the eBay return/refund policy and did so at my expense. A little obvious when the buyers name includes “canon”, they buy a canon, and then get to report a false claim to keep the canon and get their full refund.
