Not even close to new.
Was advertised as "new", but in reality it was FAR from new. Parts were just thrown in the box. Wood was cracked. I had ro drill a dowel that was stuck in one piece. This had clearly been used and poorly de-constructed to be sold as "new". Parts of the exterior are chipped and stuffed. I would return it, but the cost of the return would not be worth it. This is the seventh Arcade 1up I now own and it looks by far the most beat up. I will stick with Amazon or stores rather than take my chances on Ebay again.
