    Buyer shipped loose cards in a box with a heavier object (binder) and then proceeded to give me the fifth degree when I brought it to their attention. Poor service and poor shipping practices, buyer beware.

    Item was delivered on October 6th. Buyer waits until November 3rd to contact me. 4 holograms in the listing were not loose. They were in an original wrapper for this card set, and enclosed in bubble wrap. In his message he stated that the four "flew out" of the bubble wrap, now corners are pretty banged up. Listing pictures show no damage before shipping. Cards were damaged when buyer opened the package carelessly. Sellers CANNOT be responsible for damage when opening packaging of an item.

A glimpse into a tomorrow we hope will never arrive
This is a work of fiction showing a military veteran in a small North Carolina town and he and the people he knows are affected by an electromagnetic pulse (EMP). The story is certainly thought-provoking, as the scenario could easily play out for real. I certainly did not pay retail, picking this book up at half price as a used book. It is definitely worth a read.

The X-Files never looked so good
This second season of the X-Files arrives on 7 blu ray discs for the 25 episodes. Those familiar with the DVD release will find commentaries ported over plus other extras, and framing is now 16x9 format for high definition TV and generally looks and sounds fabulous. Getting 25 episodes of such a wonderful series, especially in early seasons, is a steal at under twenty bucks! .

Good to have rechargeables for emergencies
Batteries from AAA, AA, C, D and 9 volt charged up just fine. The larger the battery, the longer the charge time. I used a wall charger, but also have a solar charger for them just in case.
