  The bags came quickly and were New with tags as advertised however the seller should put more care into how they ship the actual items as my totes were thrown into a box with no paper or padding, and additionally the tape they used was torn and peeling off the box upon delivery. For $40 I would really appreciate better packaging.

  Seller was responsive and prompt with shipping. However, the tumbler was wrapped in a plastic bag and a single layer of thin bubble wrap. There was nothing else in the box to protect during shipping to keep it from bouncing around. The box was crushed on all sides when it arrived so I cringed. We were very lucky that no damage occurred. It was a great deal but I would not purchase here again based on packaging. I did ask ahead of time about pkg. This was not extra care in my opinion.

  The product was damaged during shipping due to poor packaging and I reached out to the seller right after and they said it wasn’t their fault because it got damaged since they barely used any packaging materials and offered a small partial refund right away without my take on it.
