Great grain free pasta
You MUST remember when cooking with this pasta, to cook it according to the direction on box, THEN BLANCH in cold water to stop the cooking. Then, let it sit at room temp while you are heating the sauce. Pour the warmed sauce onto the noodles to warm them and enjoy! You will never know they are “fake” noodles :0) HIGHLY recommend
