This is a great GPS, easy to hook up, and is NEMA 183 compatible.

As A full time cruiser, it is important to always have an accurate position for my boat. I bought a Holux GR-213U as a backup for my chartplotter. By hooking it up to my computer, I have a NEMA 183 GPS that provides my position to several different software packages on it. The Holux GR-213 is very compact, fits nicely in a port light where it always provides my position, and with its USB cable is easy to hook up to my laptop. All it needs is the USB cable (i.e. no power, signal cables, etc.). I have enough confidence in this GPS that I have recommended it to many other people. At least 3 of them have purchased one. They love it too.

Great Washdown System for your Boat at a Good Price: Just add the hose.

I bought a Jabsco Par-Max washdown pump kit for my boat several years ago. It has been working fine. Therefore when a friend of mine asked me to help him install a washdown system for his boat, I immediately recommended this system. It was easily installed and worked the first time. It's a great system and Jabsco stands behind their pumps.

Cartridge Works, but Only After Soaking in Hot Water Soaked Paper Towel

I purchased two of these cartridges 20 days ago. Shortly after it arrived, I installed one in my printer. Initially, it worked fine. However very shortly thereafter, the pages started coming out illegible. I contact the vendor and was told that it was most likely the print cartridge. I was told to: 1. Get a damp paper towel (use hot water), fold it into squares and sit the cartridge print head (the side with the silver slit where the ink comes out) down onto it. 2. Hold the cartridge down to the damp paper towel for one minute. This will help pull the ink out of the print head, priming it and getting them ready to print. 3. Drag the cartridge across the paper towel a few times so that you see streaks of ink. 4. Install cartridge Upon reinstalling the cartridge, it work fine. At this point, I have only printed 3 more pages. Hopefully, it will continue to work properly. I don't plan to purchase any more of these cartridges when there are other options available that can simply be installed in the printer and work out of the box. Note: The vendor backs them for 2 years, but what would I do if it was my only cartridge, I had something critical to print, and the above process did resolve the problem? In that situation, waiting for a replacement cartridge or getting my money back won't solve my problem.
