Front burner simmer select trouble shooting - relay panel
My stove when I used the simmer select on my front left burner - the circuit for that burner seemed to go out. Not only was simmer select then not working but the large front left burner was also not working. Troubleshooting is key to buying the right part. Troubleshot the burner - tested OK. Tested the knob switch on the panel - tested OK. Tested the simmer select switch - tested OK. the only other circuit that has an impact on just one burner is this relay panel. Once I replaced that everything worked again and save myself the cost of a repair visit or a new stove!
