Just right for teen/preteen daughters
I purchased the first book of this series a couple years ago for my girls, and they recently said they really needed one that was for teenage girls. I'm grateful for this being a good price and the same series!

On the go cuff
I like this because it’s small and easy to use, the instruction booklet is very helpful. Instead of a large bulky blood pressure cuff, this is good to also travel with. Either on the road or just taking with you day to day.
