  The item exceeded expectations! I am so happy and grateful! It is vintage Manfrotto made in Italy, yet still in nearly as new condition with some minimal wear on moving levers. As described and shown on photos. It is difficult to find another one in such good condition. Good value! Very well packaged. It arrived in intact state. The package was delivered from California to South West England in the UK on November 12th. The postage was low for the distance and the heavy weight of the item.
