Late review

I have not installed this pump yet due to being deployed. However, I purchased one of these pump in the past and it prompt me to purchase another. I will rate and feedback when I return home on this unit. I installed this pump and it rocks. Currently it is running on 110 volts and my electric bill is still low. This pump ran for 30 days continuous due to amount of algae in the pool. It took that long to clear up, it this pump came through like a champ. I will by another motor to restore the old pump which looked like this unit. Now if you only sell the motor for a very low ans reasonable price and can save me the time shopping online.

You get what you paid for...

For the price, its was a good deal. The quality of the parts was not great at all. They were from different vendors. Other than the Struts, some parts were complete with all hardware and some was not. One part had a defective spring and missing hardware causing the part to fail while installing it. Another part had different size hardware than the other side. I ended up having to buy the extra parts elsewhere locally to complete this job. DA needs to do a better job QA-ing their product.
