Difficult Setup - Here's What Worked for Me
As others have mentioned in their reviews, these are a pain to setup if you don't know how to do it (which you probably won't, since this doesn't come with any kind of setup guide or manual). Googling around will get you pretty much nowhere, since a instructions for this particular model don't appear to have been uploaded online anywhere.
Here's what worked for me:
1. Use a power extension cord (not ethernet) to plug your new unit into the outlet of the device that is directly connected to your modem / router / internet box.
2. Press the button with the lock on it (should be the only press-able button on the device) on both devices. This will cause the 1st LED light (furthest to left) to blink on both boxes.
3. After a few seconds, they should sync up. Test your new box by connecting a laptop to it via ethernet cable. If you have internet on that device, you should now be able to disconnect the new box and plug it into the desired outlet in your home.
