if u want 25 lbs. u probably should buy 50 pound magnet. im guessing the 25 pound magnet is about 3 to 5 pounds max unless ur one perfectly flat object. i bet they are picking up flat under water objects to come close to their ratings

batteries lasted about 2 hrs ,then quit working, or defective monkey. disappointed, should have lasted a day at least.
