The McDougall Program for maximum weight loss
1 of 1 found this helpful I wish I had read this book ten years ago. It has a lot of valuable information in it. A lot of the recipes are great . The only thing is you have to limit your fruits and vegetables.

EXERCISING MADE EASIER
I purchased this DVD about a month ago. I purchased it to help me get up and exercise daily. I had a tendency to become lazy and did not want to exercise. Once I put the DVD in and began exercising with it, I felt like I was in a gym in the privacy of my home. I took it to work and played it for a co-worker and she decided to purchase it also. We both exercise during our lunch break together. I would recommend this DVD to everyone who wants an exercise partner.
