I had been an avid C.S. Lewis fan for most of my life. I had "The Chronicles of Narnia" read to me as a child, and when I was older, reread them again. I have also enjoyed his other writings such as "The Great Divorce" "Screwtape Letters" and "Till we have faces" Then recently, I got my hands on "Out of the Silent Planet" and it quickly went into my favorites by Lewis. I highly recommend this book. I have read it three times already, and plan to read the series many more times in my life.

Perfect!
Very handy. Great exercises, that are still relevant today. Easy to find what is needed. Helped with my essays.

Great read! Highly recommend it.
My brother had recommended that I read "The Alchemaster's Apprentice". I had never heard of the book, or Walter Moers. So, after more prodding from my brother, I reluctantly searched for it on half.com and found the book for a really good price. So, I bought it. After I received it in the mail, I thought I would skim over the first chapter to get a feel for the book, and found that I had read through half of the story. I couldn't put it down. Great style, fun, adventurous, witty. I HIGHLY recommend it. After finishing "The Alchemaster's Apprentice" I purchased a few other Walter Moers book, and found that they all appeal to me, some more than others, but all are quality books. I cannot decided if I like "Rumo" better than "The Alchemaster's Apprentice". If you have yet to read any of Walter's books, I encourage you to.
