Not zero hours. Blancco, the program used to wipe these drives, was frustrating.
Item wasn't at zero hours as was stated. It was a little tricky to get it up and running, but it's working great now. I'm not sure how long because it's a wiped drive, not a new one. I also was a bit frustrated with Blancco, the program used to wipe the drive, because it renders it unusable without a formatting or fresh OS install.
If you're having difficulties installing this as a second drive, my computer liked to force me to boot into the Blancco drive, which makes you stuck at a diagnostics screen left in the drive by Blancco, instead of your windows drive even if it's the C: drive. You need to go to the boot menu and select the right drive. Then the computer won't recognize the drive still after you boot up Windows. You need to go into disk management and format the drive to remove the Blancco program used to wipe these in order for them to be used. They aren't new, they're used and wiped with a program that's a little tricky.
Fingers crossed that it lasts a over just a few/couple years, but it seems to be running great for me now that I've dealt with all the Blancco headache.
