Make sure you check voltage

Neostar Perma-Therm Thermo Pot Instant Hot Water Boiler Dispenser 3.5L 680W

Apart from the after sales service the Neostar is okay.

I purchased the 3.5 litre model and it worked fine for a few months. The top pump no longer worked so I contacted the supplier for a replacement lid. They couldn't help, but was able to contact the agent / supplier and was told that they Neostar did not supply replacement parts. They weren't very helpful. I looked into the lid and found the plastic diaphragm had disintegrated. Eventually the boiler was not working so dumped it . I had previously contacted ADDIS who also supplied a similar boiler. They were really helpful and sent me a new lid, Unfortunately their model differed from Neostar and it didn't fit. I contacted them and they said to keep it. So I am now going to purchase a boiler from them as I will have a spare lid should I need it.
