I sent pics & condition of box, but she thought I had authority/paperwork to file a USPS claim, which of course I don't. I offered to keep the partial and pay that percent of total, or return entire set, whatever was best for her. I got back a nasty, all caps rant about her being glad to no longer sell on ebay because of people like me. Other than that, she shipped quickly & price was fair.

Inferior quality Steamer
The water pan formed lines of rust filled circular pits in the bottom of the pan after the first use, this pan is supposed to be High Grade stainless, what appeared to be a disclaimer insert states that one should not use high heat or the bottom might melt unto the burner and not to use salty water because pits may occur along with white pocks, I have 50 year old Farberware Kettles that have been use Hard and the finish is as sound as when new, this pot is for looks only
