The Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman
0 of 1 found this helpful I had a quick chance of seeing a library copy my friend had checked out. It seemed to make some good sense. I have not read it entirely yet, however it makes some great sense on ideas i have had for quite some time, now.
