    The heating element/motor was very well wrapped so that nothing would break during transit, which I appreciate. It arrived without any damage to the package. I was surprised that so many wires were included and attached, which I actually needed since two of my wires were completely burned up. I've got the heater installed now and I'm enjoying the fireplace once again. I give this seller 5-stars and will do business with him again if needed.
