Better than amazon
I’ve been taking lavender pills for about 6 months now. I really do think they help me wind down them I take melatonin to help me stay asleep. Just have to find what helps you.

Great product
I love DoTerra and this was a great find :) Don't apply directly under your nose...it will burn. But it smells good!
