HiFlo HF153 Ducati 900 Monster Bimota 1100 SB6 650 Alazzura GT Cagiva Oil Filter
0 of 3 found this helpful This is a handsome oil filter and comes in a colorful box. OK, so far. I haven't installed one yet, so I'm not sure if it fits or works. Try checking back with me in about a year or so.

Weak Design
Sheet metal neck, is weak and flexes. Actual design is different that as shown in the photo. The metal is formed with one axial ridge instead of two. The purpose of the ridge is to provide strength in the area of the neck, but it is insufficient. This tool requires additional bracing at the neck. Otherwise, it bends and folds when attempting to slice the cheese. As it is, the tool cannot perform the job for which it was intended.

Attractively Inexpensive, but not for all applications
Doesn't work very well with Selmer Soloist or S-80 mouthpieces. It's a bit too large and the screws turn in all the way to tighten on the reed. This means that the ligature slips very easily whenever making any kind of tuning adjustments, and requiring the reed to be realigned. May work well with larger pieces. The finish is very nice - show quality actually - but slippy, which makes tightening all the more critical. It really isn't a working finish.
