  I received my order and two of them came broken. Further more, upon inspection, I don't think 4 of these are authentic because they don't have the Cartier markings on the bottom. I have tried to reach out to the seller many times but only received one response saying that they would talk to EBAY about the issue but I haven't heard anything more. I have tried to get post office proof of insurance with no reply as well. Just make this right.

  Of coarse they are authentic. Customer never filed damage claim with eBay or USPS. Customer went directly to PayPal requesting refund which he lost dispute after extensive investigation by PayPal. Customer admitted to need to replace 2 identical broken glasses before purchase. This attempt at defrauding failed. Bad feedback was his last insult. I am a top rated seller.
