Excellent fit to 99 Ford E150
I almost got stopped but ended up bumping a deer (she survived) which cracked the front grill of my E150. I couldn't believe this grill was available for so little money. It was shiny chrome like the original (there are brushed chrome ones also). It installed easily and looks great. I highly recommend it to replace a cracked grill on your old van.

Perfect fit to a tricky, fragile Lenovo G500 laptop
The Lenovo G500 is a terribly fragile laptop. It's case tends to break apart near the hinges, it's screws back themselves out, and that puts stress on the system board and the video cable at the hinges. As a result, some of the wires in the original video cable broke apart (open circuit), making intermittent contact. Unfortunately, this wasn't corrected before other wires in the video cable also broke and short circuited to the power supply, taking out the motherboard with it (and even producing some smoke!). Not fun. So, I purchased this video cable and a replacement motherboard (which took too attempts, since the first motherboard had connectors mounted in optional, wrong places). To remove the video cable, you have to take the top of the case off, unscrew the hinges, and then take the display apart. To do that, pull off the black plastic frame around the display, which works best if you grab it from its inside edges and pull up, bending it slightly. After the frame popped off, it was only a few screws to release the display. Pay attention to the convoluted routing of the cable, particularly at the left hinge. It was very tricky, but with a little finesse, I got the laptop back together and working. The cable works great! I also was able to strengthen the case attach points near the hinges by gluing in some threaded inserts where the original ones had broken off the top case (the part that holds the keyboard). Hopefully, the stress problem is solved. Good luck if you get to do this repair!

Nice keyboard but different tactile feel from the original
1 of 1 found this helpful This keyboard works well enough and looks good. However, it isn't the same as the original one. The tabs along the function keys stick out further, making it harder to snap in place (some force required). Also, the tactile feel is different, meaning it takes more force to depress the keys than the original. That slows down typing some. Still, the price is low, and the functionality is fine. I bought this one only because the original keyboard keys had some wear. Time will tell whether I will go back to the original one or if I can get used to the change in feel.
