  The item I received was not properly described. It said "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item..." And there was a note about the box being open/damaged. I had no issue with the damaged box, but when it arrived there appeared to be water damage. The problem was that the action figure appears to have water damage and mold embedded in it. This makes it toxic and hazardous for a toddler - for whom this was intended to be a gift. Contacted the seller and has been unresponsive, no help.
