Advertised phone unlocked, the phone was not unlocked. Contacted seller whn u had trouble activating, called me a scammer. Did not refund the money I had to pay to unlock the phone. Never had a bad experience on eBay with a seller until today.

Buyer states the phone was not unlocked as stated on listing, I have proof it was unlocked by my carrier, I contacted T-Mobile before the phone was listed for sale and they unlocked phone, I took a screenshot from T-Mobile confirming the phone was unlocked showing IMEI#. I asked the buyer to send me proof from her carrier (Verizon) showing that phone wasn't unlocked and I was willing to take the phone back and refund the full amount but she didn't agree.
