Great ideas organized nicely
While the photos are old, the ideas are current and functional. Before working with a remodeler, check this book. Not all builders know the true details of design (they just build what you tell them), so this book will help you work more closely with your builder.

Works, but pricey, but I wanted it
I had one of these for at least 25 years, and loved it until it upped and died. I thought the price was too high for an old, used unit. But, I still wanted it, since I am not one for learning new stuff, and paid for its advertised price. The sound quality is okay.

Plan your leisure time in a nicely designed space
Lots of photos and drawings (great for showing your builder what you want). Many details that people often forget, or things they had no idea needed to be consider.
