There was an issue with shipping that the seller corrected after I had eBay intervene as he did not acknowledge my first communication. But these plastic beer glasses are no better than the throw away Dixie brand I could buy at my local supermarket. One is already cracked. Don't know how that happened -whether it before or after I received them so I guess I can't do much about that. Don't waste your money on these thrw away plastic cups like I did.
