Very durable, not as easy to use as the plastic version
A few months ago, we purchased the Joseph Joseph garlic rocker with the plastic black handle. I loved it, but unfortunately when using the rocker (which I did a lot), the plastic cracked. When I went to purchase a new one, I saw the stainless steel version and thought it would work perfectly and be more durable! Durable it is, but part with the holes is shaped differently than the plastic version and do not work as well. They do work and I will continue to use it, but I do have to put significantly more effort into using the rocker because the press part doesn't "catch" the garlic as well as the plastic version. Where the plastic version took 2-3 rocks to get the garlic through the press, I have to keep moving the garlic under the stainless steel version before it all gets crushed (6-7 rocks or so). Not the end of the world, but if they could make one that has the same holes as the plastic but with the stainless steel handle, that would be ideal.
