Haven't tried at the range yet

Did insert with a round and it chambered. Still need to try at the range. Maybe this weekend. Update 02/25/2017. Have used several times without trouble. A little long, but you get 10 rounds. The Ruger loader works on the mags to help load rounds into them. Would recommend.
