It's... okay
Bought these over a Youtuber saying they were better than a pair of Sony's I was looking at for the same price. I can't say anything about the Sony BT headset but this one is ... okay. The sound is nice but woah is it uncomfortable. Despite being small and light, the clamping force of the headband is too much and hurts my head a little. Moreover, I have small-ish ears and still the cups are snug. Sometimes the edge of my ear gets caught when I put them on and I have to adjust them, as well as having to adjust them frequently on my head to keep them from comfortable.
Speaking of discomfort, you shouldn't buy these for your workout be cause the ear cups do *not* breathe. At all. You will sweat profusely while wearing them, especially if you are working or moving a lot.
That all being said I rather like the sound, the mids and lows are meh but bass is powerful so jamming out to your favorite songs is very doable. Can't really go wrong for 30 bucks but if you're wanting a comfy set of phones then you might want to look elsewhere.
