No hardware, still worth it
It works as expected which is great. It didnt come with the small mounting screws so make sure you save those from your original

Good knife, but.....
I use this knife almost everyday. That being said it continues to work well for me as a knife.
The problem is in the material. Byrd is the cheap brand of a Spyderco. As far as I can tell the difference is in the materials. This knife began forming rust on it within a month of my usage. Nothing overly catastrophic, but rust is like cancer. If you let it grow it will destroy its host.
