  USPS delayed delivery by 2 weeks with no updates on their website for tracking. The seller followed up regularly and we were both relieved when my item finally arrived. Condition was perfect and the item was as described.

  The item was shown as new, arrived poorly packaged, and was broken before shipping! Figurine had been broken and even glued! Was not in original packaging, was wrapped in small bubble wrap! Was dirty and dusty! I personally have purchased hundreds of items off of eBay, this is by far the worst ever! Worst part of this whole process is they denied that it was old and broken! Would never buy from this seller!

  You said you had purchased another one from someone else so I thought I would ask if you were completely happy with the quality of the second one you received. If you think about the construction of the train engine, there is no way that could come out of a mold all in one piece. So, the roof of the engine had to be glued on by the factory in all of the ones they made. I did not glue that on the factory did. I just could not believe how completely unreasonable you were about this problem.

  Thank you for your purchase. This item belonged to my sister who died in 1988 at the age of 35. She loved all things Barbie being born in 1952. Glad to know someone else will treasure it!
