  The package was left outside unprotected just under my garage overhang, and we got some light rain which got the end of the package wet. I inventoried the contents and couldn't find any damage. The USPS here has always put the mail in a plastic bag if left outside especially if foul wx is forecast, but I don't know what happened this time.
