Good beginner set up
**UPDATE: I am adding a star to my prior review because I used the blades provided by the seller and I am impressed. The blades are not super sharp (which can sometimes be a problem with Feathers for example) but they are very smooth. I got very comfortable shaves with these blades.
**PRIOR REVIEW:
The good:
Really pretty good for cast metal. Spring feels solid and edges are straight and close nice and tightly. Shape and design and good. The handle and shape of the holder is pleasing. Weight is also acceptable (not super light or unbalanced). Priced at near $40, it's a step up from the CJB or Samseong from what I gather.
The bad:
The pins that slide into the sleeves (that hold the two pieces together) lack the small lip or 'mushroom' tip that allows them to 'snap' in on other models like the Feather or Kai. This makes it so that the only thing keeping it from sliding open while you're shaving, is the tension from the spring. This makes me a little uneasy as it could be disastrous if it were to come apart while shaving. So far, I have taken it easy and it hasn't happened, but it does indeed worry me.
Final thoughts:
I'll be gifting this to my son, who will take his time with it and eventually move up to something a little nicer. I can't recommend this as an every day shaver. I CAN and DO recommend this for a beginner or for anyone on a budget. But if you can afford the extra $30, get the Feather SS instead and you will not need to upgrade for a long while.

Perfect fit. Offers great protection
This thing is nice. The material is quite strong and it fits perfectly (nice and snug). I've already dropped my BlackBerry a few times and I have to say, I'm really glad it's in this case because it fell hard a couple of those times. There isn't even a scratch on the case where it hit the concrete. GREAT product!

Excellent toner and aftershave
Even compared to Thayers (which is also fantastic), this stuff stands out. Super clean. Highly effective as a toner. Great aftershave!
