  There was nothing wrong with dealing with the seller. He is very quick to respond and remedy situations. The issues were that the product was labeled incorrectly. This was not an USM canon lens and it was not made in Japan. I lost nothing but time on this deal. The seller initiated a refund immediately and communicated quickly as well. It was just not the right product that I wanted.
