Cheap and functional.
There are many variations of this type of unit on the market. This one seems to work, but the individual user cannot calibrate it, so DO NOT RELY ON IT FOR ROAD SAFETY. On the plus side, it is compact, and quick to get a reading. The problem is that this device does not conform to the requirements of the French Police, (They say), and should not be the only one you carry to satisfy the Law in France.

The burden of War.
A moving book telling how the Allies failed to respond to an appeal for help, and couldn't tell the Resistance why, until after the War. In many respects, a shameful story.
