I use these syringes to feed myself through my gastronomy tube (g-tube). The o-ring plunger slides much easier than the other type with large rubber plungers and the reduced catheter tip fits the g-tube much better than other enteral syringes. I've used these several times a day for the past 7 years, all my food goes through them.

Probably as good as portable cd players get.
2 of 2 found this helpful This is the second one of this model that I've bought The first one, bought new in 2005, is just plane worn out. What I like is that it is very efficient on battery use - I also have other brands that go through batteries very quickly, 4 to 6 hours but in this one they last 18 to 24 hours. Plus the sound quality is great and I can't complain about the quality. It has very good bump protection, I've never had it skip when bumped.
I give it 4 stars because the design isn't really that good. The battery compartment is inside the case under the disc itself (you have to remove the cd to change batteries). This wouldn't be that big of a deal to me but the batt. cover is in an awkward place and it's difficult for me even with small fingers to get the damn things out - I've always been irritated by this The other thing that I find fault with is the program buttons for replay, shuffle and such are so damn tiny that I can't see what it's for and it's SO easy to hit it unintentionally so when I listen to a book on tape it sometimes jumps from chapter 10 to chapter 3 because I can't see on the LCD screen the little designation. And the LCD is way too small.
All in all it's the best portable cd player I've ever owned.
