    This carb was a perfect match for my vintage 1968 John Deere 140 with the Kohler 14hp motor. I justt removed the old carb and installed the new one. Started right up and all controls work smoothly. Maybe I just got lucky, but this worked for me!

    Fits my 11hp Briggs!
    My 11hp Briggs was not on the application chart but I took a chance and bought this anyway and it works just fine. I had to cut out a little bit of the sheet metal with tin snips to get it to fit under the hood of my old Murray riding mower but it was worth it. took about a 1/2 hour to install.
