    Took them 10 business days to finally ship my item. Had to file a claim with eBay to get them to finally ship as they wouldn't answer my two messages. They claim they simply forgot/overlooked my order due to illness. Unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. If you are going to run a business, you need to keep better track of your orders and communicate with your customers. It's not my job to remind you to ship my order. Ordered May 13th. Finally shipped on the 27th. Received on May 31st.
