  This guy and others like him is why I quit using EBAY some time back, well I tried again. He shows a picture of a complete assembly, then 3 pages down admits, no you won't get the complete assy. These types of scams on EBAY get old quick. EBAY needs to implement rules that prevent this so the product is WHAT is pictured. O emailed seller and got NO response, because of course he knows he ripped me off, subtly for sure, but ripped either way. The image attached is what I DID NOT RECIEVE.

  This is a completely false statement as the listing clearly states in large bold, red, highlighted, and underlined font what is included. The photo is a stock photo from the manufacturer so people can understand which operator this is. As listed you purchased operator only - we have a separate listing with the operator, handle, and cover included.
