excellent product just what I needed
4 of 4 found this helpful Often when baking a two pound loaf of bread, some of the bread goes to waste because my family has been cutting down on carbs. This one pound loaf capacity is perfect. Not only has each loaf of bread turned out perfectly (I have tried many recipes from the booklet included with the machine), but I can start the machine and have fresh bread within 3 hours, without having to babysit each cycle. Also I can leave it out on my counter because its footprint is small. Love it!!!!
