Will Not Work on a Stock Rod

If you are planning on using this spring with your Stock Spring Rod, Ugh that is a mistake. You have to grind the end of the rod to get the Keeper off and Then when you go to put the Spring on the stock rod it is about 10 thousands too small and will not fit. If you are buying it for the Volquartsen rod then it will work. I had to learn all this the hard way..
