Great product
This is a time tested company with a great reputation among physical therapist and others. The price was incredible. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a shoulder injury or soreness

Do not buy!!!
17 of 17 found this helpful All descriptions say it is a paperback book. Unless you read the item description, which is pages long and then at the very very bottom it says it is a pdf file. I don’t know how they can sell someone else’s book as a pdf without violating copyrights!! Total waste of money
