great adjustable weights

Great value for what you get. Smaller foot print of a lot of weight. Selecting the weight is very easy. Putting the weight back in takes a little practice. They do move a little bit, and the length of the weight needs to be accounted for with certain exercises. Still, for a small home gym, these are a great alternative to a whole rack of weights
