  The item specifically was supposed to replace my damaged damper for my exhaust fan. However upon delivery it was not the same. I contacted the seller and they admitted that my fan must have been too old and said to return the item for a refund. I returned their item but I only received a refund for the shipping cost. I am still waiting for the $5.61 balance and I cannot get ebay nor the seller to respond. Please help me!! Jim
